Avaya AXP Health Summary dashlet
Introduction
This dashlet shows a historical summary period that updates 15 minutely (complete quarter hours) with the option to choose 1, 6, 12 or 24 hous for the summary period.
View the health of your Avaya Experience Platform instance for the selected summary period for:
Summary totals
Session records,
Duration in second
Unique paticipants
Total participants
Stream quality (MOS)
Breakdown by Network type, Audio Device and Session Media
Endpoint types
Scrolling banner status of AXP subscriptions:
operational, degraded perfomance, partial outage, major outage, maintenance

Navigate to the documention for the dashlet.
Resize
This dashlet can be displayed in different sizes:
Small shows the summary details.
Medium shows the custom sites selected in dashlet settings, in a right-hand panel.
Clicking on a custom site in the right-hand panel changes the main view to the selected site.
Settings
Select the Summary period you wish to view 1,6,12 or 24 hours.
If a Business Partner you also select the Customer and Service.
The source equipment selections will be the WebRTC from the Media Processing Core(MPC) and RTCPMon from the AXP service.
Select one or more source equipment.
Show PSTN Calls Only - future feature currently greyed out.
Select one or more Custom Site names.
These must be set up on the Site Mapping tab in Manage Cloud Service.
