Genesys Trunk Summary dashlet

View the real time status of your Trunks and the Edge used by that Trunk Base. For each trunk you can see the number of calls for direction (incoming calls, outgoing calls) and total calls. 

Historical information can be found in the Trunk Group Call report for Genesys Cloud. 


Expand each Trunk base to view calls per trunk and CPU, Memory and Disk.

Navigation Links

Note: Link navigation is not available to Dashboard Only users

For historical reporting, you will find a navigation link next to the Trunk Base Name at the top of the dashlet. This wil take you directly to the Trunk Group Call report.

Status colors (RAG)

RAG colors are applied for the following criteria:

Trunk Base nameRedwhen all child trunks are down
Trunk Base nameAmberwhen one child trunk is down
Trunk Base nameGreen when everything is up

when state value is inactive or deleted or

when online value is off line

Genesys Cloud EdgeGreen

when active and online

CPU, Memory and Disk

Drill down on a Trunk Base to view the CPU, Memory and Disk (% used) for each trunk.
