R244 - Dashboard Classic now retired and Bug Fixes

Dashboards update

Dashboards Classic has now been retired and the menu navigation to it has been removed. To use the current dashboards:

  • navigate to your Dashboards from Service Desk > Dashboards

  • right-click on the name of the dashboard you wish to run and select Open Dashboard to run your dashboard.

Bug Fixes

When scheduled, the AEP Application Usage report was being delivered as a blank report. Recipients now receive a populated report.

On the ‘Created’ tab of the Alarms Overview dashlet, the histogram now plots ‘totals alarms created’ for each one hour period. If no alarms were created during an hour then the histogram renders correctly to zero.

For Network Connectivity at equipment level, users must now enter a Ping Frequency value greater than zero on network connectivity tab.
