R240 - Custom Scripts and Bug Fixes

Feature enhancement for Custom Scripts

Custom PowerShell Commandlets can be configured to run periodically on a server, with the option to raise an alarm when the output meets a specified value statement.

  • “Greater than” and “Less than” have now been added as options to raise an alarm on.

Custom Scripts are configured via the tab on the Edit Equipment pop-up. More information about creating Custom Scripts can be found here…

Bug Fixes

The VMWare Health Summary dashlet now loads more quickly when opening dashboard.

The issue of duplicate alarms raised for 'Genesys Poor Quality Calls' is now fixed.
